Join Ann 5 days in May for an outdoor workout challenge like none other! This 45 minute urban-inspired functional workout composed of cardio, strength, agility, balance, & power-based drills uses all that Barrie’s waterfront has to offer as equipment (and maybe a few small tools brought from the studio!). This workout is appropriate for all levels of exercisers. We encourage you to attend as many consecutive sessions as possible throughout the week as progressions will be made as we go! This is part of our regular studio schedule (NO EXTRA COST!) and is an intro to our 4-week registered paid URBAN WARRIOR workout with Ann that will run on Mondays in June at 5:30 PM.
When: Sunday May 28 through Thursday June 1 from 5:30-6:15pm
Where: Meet at studio, rain or shine, and proceed from there.
Who: Taught by Ann, assisted by Jenny; open to all members and non-members; offered on the regular schedule.
