In this workshop we come to our mat to practice yoga asana. This way can “refine”and bring into harmony our physical and mental plane, unite our inner and outer world and bring a sense or balance of “alignment” to our life. We use yoga postures to refine, to release tension, stress and pain in the body. This allows us to open up to our deeper self, our heart. How you feel internally reflects how you express outwardly – align and refine.
- Meditation – A guided meditation to get clear on how you want to feel.
- Intention – Now that you know how you want to feel, how will you express that in your practice.
- Asana – Using yoga postures as a tool to refine the physical and mental planes to bring us into alignment.
