BLiSS welcomes students of all experience levels to our classes and all teachers will suggest moderations to moves in class to ensure that even beginners will enjoy the classes. However, our classes do range from meditation and lower-intensity flow classes up to intense workouts – so be sure to pick a juicy factor that is right for you.

Bliss Babies Yoga Fusion (Tuesday AM class)
A perfect blend of strength and yoga for the new mom and mom-to-be. Movements encourage mind/body connection as well as strengthen the body to help with lower back discomfort, shoulder and neck strain as well as fatigue and swelling. Each class includes a strength specific segment as well as a Yoga segment to support the whole body.
Bliss Babies Flow & Roll (Thursday AM class)
Get stronger from the inside out. Create a new mind-core connection after pregnancy and childbirth. Strengthen your pelvic floor and fire up your core to encourage full body strength and ease of movement. Therapy balls and foam rollers are used to release and relax stress and strain to your body either in pregnancy or afterwards. Ignite the fire within and be stronger than you have ever imagined, mind, body and soul.
Pre/Postnatal Core Connect & Restore (Tuesday PM class)
Prepare for childbirth and ease common prenatal discomforts while setting up for success postpartum. Designed specifically for pregnant women while also supporting the new mom easing back into movement. This class will focus on posture, core strength, mobility and flexibility. Suitable for women with abdominal separation and new moms looking to begin with ease. Dads and partners are always welcome to class as well!
BLiSS Babies – Stroller FIT
Come out and enjoy a great social experience with your little one. Meet other moms and dads, enjoy the fresh air and get your body moving!
- All babies welcome (any age, just pop them in a stroller and stride!)

Room temperature set at 90 degrees to stoke your fire!
A mindful practice, using deep breathing, and inward observation to hold postures longer. The practice allows the body to sink deeper in the posture, remain in the present moment, while calming the nervous system and mind. Accessible to everyone, and therapeutic for all layers of self.
Yin Yoga for Athletes
Yin Yoga is often known as the yoga for your joints. Yin is an exceptionally beneficial yoga practice for all types of athletes as it can lengthen your athletic pursuits. By practicing specific yoga poses, we place certain amounts of therapeutic stress (called the “Goldilocks Position”) on our connective tissues, gently creating tiny piezoelectric currents that in turn stimulate optimal cellular responses. This enables you to be stronger and more powerful as your joints can once again move with optimal ROM. In a Yin Yoga for Athletes class we stay in poses with muscular stillness anywhere from 2 minutes to 5 minutes. This practice of advanced awareness of our response to a long held challenging position in stillness builds our ability to also calm our mind and strengthen our focus.
