BLiSS welcomes students of all experience levels to our classes and all teachers will suggest moderations to moves in class to ensure that even beginners will enjoy the classes. However, our classes do range from meditation and lower-intensity flow classes up to intense workouts – so be sure to pick a juicy factor that is right for you.
It is defined as the use of unlimited exercises involved in training the body for the activities performed in daily life with the use of basic training tools including, but not limited to ropes, kettlebells, suspension equipment, resistance bands, body-weight with elements of boxing, kickboxing and Pilates. Each exercise is performed in intervals for a period of time.

Baby & Me Bootcamp (Tuesday AM class)
A perfect blend of strength and yoga for the new mom and mom-to-be. Movements encourage mind/body connection as well as strengthen the body to help with lower back discomfort, shoulder and neck strain as well as fatigue and swelling. Each class includes a strength specific segment as well as a Yoga segment to support the whole body.
BLiSS Babies – Stroller FIT
Come out and enjoy a great social experience with your little one. Meet other moms and dads, enjoy the fresh air and get your body moving!
- All babies welcome (any age, just pop them in a stroller and stride!)
- Moms should have their 6 week post partum checkup.
- Dress yourself and baby for rain or shine
- Come prepared with water, a towel, stroller and baby!
