Ann Green LAVA Yoga™

LAVA Yoga™ Ann Green style! For those who like it HOT!  An amazing power vinyasa yoga unique to Ann in Barrie’s first and ONLY radiantly heated (ceiling), completely eco friendly and juicy atmosphere!  You’ll need a towel, water in a non-steel container, and appropriate yoga clothing.  (NO bathing suits PLEASE!)  Ann Green LAVA YOGA™: luva yoga!  HOT HOT HOT!

Commuter Care! (starting April 2010)

Commuter Care!  A personal approach to unwinding your day with gentle hatha yoga to rebalance and restore your hectic commuting lifestyle...off the highway and into the wonderful warmth of your welcoming studio home.  Enjoy, relax, undo!

 

Back Therapy (rx)

Back Therapy (rx) is a wonderful short yoga program to therapeutically address the needs of the community with back care, preventative and supportive.  Undo, restore and balance learning healthy ways to treat and strengthen your back, core and your approach to your spine.  Pure love!

A beautiful hour long program of the vinyasa style; what a way to start your day and your practice!

For the runner both avid and beginner and those athletes needing to stretch; prevent injury, create confidence and focus, improve performance! Designed by a runner for runners!

A delicious taste of yoga with a savoury menu variety offered at lunch Monday through Friday to keep you nourished, satiated and all served up a la carte in 50 minutes!

 

Restorative Hatha Flow
