BLiSS² is a collective community space that supports mindful movement, mental clarity, and embodied therapy, located in downtown Barrie, Ontario. We are home to over 3,500 sq ft, showcasing multiple spaces to engage your curiosity and complete your needs. Hatha

Hatha is an alignment based practice that places emphasis on core strength, flexibility, and balance as well as concentration and breath control.

Suitable for all levels.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a practice of relaxed and conscious meditation practice often called yoga sleep. This practice is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation and is enjoyed in a supported laying down position.

Vinyasa Flow

This class will encourage a mindful connection between movement and breath. This class will explore more complex movements layered over solid foundations that will help build confidence and balance.
