BLiSS welcomes students of all experience levels to our classes and all teachers will suggest moderations to moves in class to ensure that even beginners will enjoy the classes. However, our classes do range from meditation and lower-intensity flow classes up to intense workouts – so be sure to pick a juicy factor that is right for you.
The class is packed with functional exercises inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. Unlike traditional Pilates, however, Barre work is done standing. The barre is used as a prop to balance while focusing on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles), combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. By challenging the body in a functional standing position, we can be incredibly aware of postural imbalance. By adding small weights and using body weight for resistance, this class activates the entire physique. Note: Although Barre is ballet-inspired, it is not a dance class. It is accessible and challenging for all ages and abilities. No dance, yoga or Pilates background required. Dress as you would for a Pilates class; no so socks or shoes are needed.
A very intense and fun circuit workout!
It is defined as the use of unlimited exercises involved in training the body for the activities performed in daily life with the use of basic training tools including, but not limited to ropes, kettlebells, suspension equipment, resistance bands, bodyweight with elements of boxing and pilates. Each exercise is performed in intervals for a period of time.

BLiSS 2 Go – Ride/Yoga
Join us at lunch Monday-to-Friday for a shorter version of some of our distinctive BLiSS classes.
This indoor cycle class is a safe, sweaty place to elevate your cardiovascular fitness or simply put a fun spin on your cross-training! By adjusting the bike gears throughout the class to your specific needs, this class is accessible at any time. From gentle to powerful, get on the bike and ride!
BLiSS Ride 30/30
This 60-minute workout will include a 30-minute traditional Bliss indoor cycle ride and a 30-minute functional fitness circuit focusing on upper body, core and glutes. Prepare to be challenged and work hard. Modifications and options are always offered so all levels of fitness are welcome.
BLiSS Ride Core
A perfect combination! Enjoy this 45-minute spin class with 15 minutes dedicated to strengthening your core. Please bring a yoga mat and your running/cycle shoes.
A Tabata/HIIT-inspired class of athletic training to rock your body in efficiency + excellence for peak athletic performance. Optimal movements infused with specific alignment cues make for a safe and challenging workout! Fun, phenomenal and fast!
Why Kettlebells? It’s one of the fastest growing forms of total body training. Kettlebells are fun fitness tools that when used correctly can improve reaction time, athletic performance and weight loss. It targets all energy systems and will increase your muscle endurance, strength and power. Kettlebell training can be used by anyone from beginner to advanced exercisers and modifications are provided to promote a faster learning curve and more enjoyable experience! Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX is a bodyweight suspension exercise system that helps develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The training tool is attached to a hook on the ceiling, and is surprisingly easy-to-learn for all levels, but still continually challenging, as it leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to offer hundreds of exercise variations. Please bring a mat and indoor running shoes.
