This workshop is open to both teachers and students.
We will begin by discussing how to position and correctly use The Beam.
With The Beam supporting the spine, release of tension in the chest, neck, shoulders and back is encouraged. Spinal awareness is improved. Deeper, relaxed breathing becomes available leading to relaxation in both the body and mind. Further yoga on The Beam will target core strength, as well as hip, shoulder and spinal integration. A guided yoga nidra meditation will conclude the practice.
You will leave feeling rested and restored. Improved posture and spinal alignment may even make you feel taller!
At the end of the workshop you will have the opportunity place an order for your own Beam!
