You are already a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher.
Sometimes though, you feel “stuck”; limited in your knowledge and lacking imagination. You are now ready to offer your classes as a gift of connection with your students that will lead them to physical, emotional, and spiritual elevation.
This Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Program is unique to the stylings and background of Ann Green. Incorporating her extensive years of athletic training, profound understanding of human anatomy, and rich yoga lineage, Ann applies an Ayurvedic approach to class sequencing that pairs the body’s elemental needs, with that of the natural changing seasons.
In this course you will be given concrete tools to become more skilled at Hatha/Vinyasa asana sequencing, building upon the Roots of SHiNE.
More specifically, to immediately develop powerful and moving classes, you will come away with a greater
understanding of:
Alignment (the Vertical Alignment System of SHiNE)
Anatomy and somatics (Familial-based posture sequencing vs. vinyasa krama arc structural sequencing)
Meditation and breath led physical embodiment
The role of subtle energy systems and the seasons in inspired sequencing
SHiNE languaging in the Elevate Your SHiNE sequence
