However, our classes do range from meditation and lower-intensity flow classes up to intense workouts – so be sure to pick a juicy factor that is right for you.

  • Discover Yoga

Come to this class to feel the joy of connection on many levels — joy in breathing mindfully, joy in turning inward as you experience shape-change in your body from one pose to the next, and joy in connecting with other people in this shared space. In the style of Vinyasa Yoga, experience pranayama (breathing) practices and variations of Sun Salutations, standing, balancing, rotations, inversions, seated and unwinding postures to create a powerful, personal and transformative journey. Many modifications are offered, allowing for this class to be accessible to most.

  • Meditation

The benefits of Meditation are now scientifically proven to be powerful and far-reaching, and yet, most of us don’t make the time to do it regularly. This class offers a specific time and place for you to be guided in this practice. No previous experience is necessary, as you are guided through a transformative journey of pranayama (breathing techniques), visualization and quiet, aimed to engage your heart, mind, and soul. This is primarily a seated class, with short breaks offered between meditations. Bolsters, blankets, and meditation benches are available to experiment with to find your most comfortable seat. Please bring your yoga mat and come ten (10) minutes early to get set up.

  • Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is simple, but simple does not mean easy! With it’s emphasis on long held passive poses, the practice of Yin yoga mobilizes and strengthens deep connective tissues – bones, joints, ligaments, and deep fascial networks – our yin tissues. Yin yoga provides a balance to the active muscular forms of yoga that are commonly practiced. Yin’s long held postures allow one to slow down, look inward , practice mindfully with attention and intention. In Yin, we don”t use our body to get into a pose, we use the pose to get into our body. Accessible to everyone, and therapeutic for all layers of self.

The class can be as challenging as you want it to be, depending on your day, variations in poses are always offered. If mantra is not what you seek to do, just breathe and allow the moving meditations to free you. Come and empower yourself, find your inner joy and build a strong mind and body. oes here
